Only domestic shipping is available at this time (not including Canada and Puerto Rico). On occasion Nanacoco Inc. offers shipping promotions that may change periodically. Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
All domestic packages will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with a $6.99 flat fee for domestic ground shipping (2 to 6 business days), all states within the USA (free shipping over $35). Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in the USA or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges that may occur domestically. Packages undeliverable by the carrier will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
PAYMENT & RETURNS
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
