The makeup scene on the red carpet of the 2019 Billboard Music Awards was very soft and understated. Most of the makeup looks focused on enhancing the natural beauty of these celebrity A-listers.
Lightly chiseled cheeks, soft nude or red lips, and smoked out eyes seemed to be the overwhelming theme of the night.
